Manolo's (Diego Peretti) life is in a complete crisis. His work routine is unbearable, his marriage to Beatriz (Aitana Sánchez-Gijón) is on the verge of collapse, and he doesn't have a good relationship with his children. After a fall, he starts having hilarious hallucinations that take to the doctor to get a CT. At the waiting room, by chance, he runs into Antonio (Andoni Hernández), a mischiveous15-year-old boy from the Canary Islands who is suffering with cancer but who has a contagious will to live and to be happy. From the moment they meet, Manolo's life changes completely.Antonio's mother (Goya Toledo); Manolo's mother (Amparo Baró) and her odd companion (Mariví Bilbao); the family neighbor (Enrique Villén); a food delivery man (Jorge García); an eccentric nurse (Rosa María Sardá) and the sister of one of the hospital patients (Laura Esquivel) transform Manolo's tedious life into a magical Christmas adventure.
