Olivia's cell phone rings incessantly. The increasingly-aggressive voices on the other line ask time and time again for a woman unfamiliar to Olivia, a woman by the name of Lorena. Obsessed with finding the woman for whom she's been mistaken, Olivia submerges herself into Chile's dark and tangled debt collection system. Olivia and Lorena's eventual confrontation triggers an event that will affect both of their lives forever.
