According to official data interceptor Matvey Sobolev, agent of Military Counterintelligence Service, died while transporting of the newest psychotronic weapon. He survived, but decided to drop out of the game not to be a dummy in the hands of the high and the mighty any more. His peaceful life away from great deeds is interrupted by general Ivakin, his former colleague and boss. Ivakin tells him that the weapon is stolen by Sobolev's former partner, George Kurilo, who is now a very influential and powerful man. Kurilo plans to seize power in the country with the help of this weapon. Matvey also discovers from Ivakin that his former love Polina is now the head of Kurilo's Security Service. The heads of Military Counterintelligence Service are sure that Kurilo is so influential and powerful that it is impossible to take him on officially.
