factory will close due to relocation. The union leader, Joseph, fights to save jobs but quickly realizes that there is no hope. The owners of the plant, Charles F., their CEO, at the top, have already made their decision and they must also have it endorsed during the general meeting of shareholders. Joseph will go to this assembly to suicide in protest.
