Further to a contamination of the water supply, the majority of the population of a city see each other slaughtered and rising as undeads. Salah, young ambulance driver, succeeds in escaping. After a day spent on mountain roads he finds a village where several survivors are entrenched in a chalet. The arrival of the military arouses fears and suspicions within the group, but the real threat is somewhere else…
