Neo-nazi gang member Julián starts training with ex-boxer Carlomonte, a drunk with a glorious past who has been beaten down by love and life. Under Carlomonte's tough eye, Julián slowly begins to reinvent himself. He falls in love with Alyssa, the young mixed-race woman who works at the gym, and befriends his black sparring partner Franky. A new Julián begins to emerge, and a new life beckons - a life that will be violently challenged by Luis, the leader of his old gang, who feels humiliated by Julián's betrayal.
