In 1985, a celebrated exorcist trapps a horrific demon inside a ouija board. Thinking it a game, his son plays without obeying the rules, and releases the demon. In order to save his son, the exorcist sends him away until the demon could be destroyed. Thirty years later, and after his death, his grandson finds the board and history repeats. Now the evil is back, roaming the earth to terrorize those responsible for its imprisonment.
