Three girlfriends, all born in the 50s, receive an unexpected invitation to the wedding of an ax-boyfriend in common in the South of France. They decide to go down by car. Reunied for a few days, they evoke their nostalgia, memories and realisations, turning their trip into a rite of passage. This unplanned but welcome jaunt allows them a respite from their daily lives, and a glimpse of answers concerning their future. Most of all, it's an unforgettable experience.
