We’d like to believe that when the world is in danger,superheroes will come to our aid. Stronger, faster, smarter than us mere mortals, they are ready to lay down their lives for humanity at any moment. But what happens when there are no superheroes available? When saving the world falls to a bunch of self-centered, irresponsible twenty-something oddballs? After raising hell at a party of epic proportions mockingly dubbed “the Apocalypse”, a math whiz, a spoiled rich kid, a party chick, a rocker, and a loser wake up to a reallife apocalypse: the smoking ruins of a deserted city and no memory of what happened the night before.
