A senior college student(22) goes on a trip by bike for summer without setting any destination. On his way to a mountain, he is run over by a car and gets his bike broken. A driver in the car, whose name is Kazuo(33), takes him to the drive-in called HOUSE 475. There, he meets a shop manager named Seiji(42) and decides to stay at the house for the rest of summer. HOUSE 475 is usually full of locals, including Kazuo's old classmates Makoto and Tatsuya, neighbors Ritsuko and Gen grandpa, and Shoko who is a owner of the house. He spends time helping Seiji at HOUSE 475 and is gradually accepted by locals. However, a peaceful time doesn't last long. One day, a murderer breaks into Ritsuko's home and stabs her parents to death. Ritsuko is also attacked and lost one of her arms. She survives through the brutal incident which imprints unforgettable trauma in her heart. Seiji and locals encourage Ritsuko, but her heart remains frozen. Finally, Seiji makes an outrageous move to heal her heart... It's a story about people at HOUSE 475 told through his(a sinior college student's) eyes.
