Pumpkin Junior lives in the heart of the great forest brought up by his father, a rough and despotic giant who rules there unchallenged and forbids him to leave it. Not aware of the society of humans, the boy grows up as a wild child, with the placid ghosts haunting the forest as his only companions... Until the day when the father hurts himself seriously and remains unconscious. The child then breaks the ban and takes him out of the forest, in the hope of finding some help...
