Police officer Si-yeon (Kong) has been demoted to the hit-and-run task force from the regional investigation unit at the National Police Academy. There she will now work alongside rookie police officer Min-jae (Ryu), who has a natural-born talent for driving. The two team up in order to arrest the former Formula One racer Jae-chul (Cho) who is now a businessman and is suspected of being involved in a hit-and-run accident. And so the scene is set for the most thrilling chase yet.
