Aleeya, fearing the social consequences of bearing a child out of wedlock, meets a Good Samaritan - Zarief - on her flight back to Kuala Lumpur and accepts his offer to act as her husband. The two agree to carry out the act for one week while Aleeya figures out a way to break the truth to her mother.

The week-long role-play becomes complicated when Aleeya and Zarief begin to fall for each other. Aleeya's situation worsens when Syed, the ex-boyfriend who raped her, tries to come back into her life after finding out that his family stands to lose all their wealth if he does not have a son to inherit it. Zarief too becomes conflicted as his fiancee Azura, who is secretly pregnant with another man's child, begins to pester him to get married.

After the week is up, Zarief who has completely fallen in love, breaks up with Azura and proposed to Aleeya. But, Aleeya knows that she stands to face the prospects of her son being the butt of public humiliation if she does not marry the father of her child. Aleeya is forced to make a decision: Marry the man who she knows would be the perfect husband, or save her child.
