Wheelchair bound and trapped in his apartment, Randal is given binoculars by his devoted girlfriend, Pam. In heavy financial debt to a sadistic loan shark, Randal sees an opportunity when he witnesses a powerful gangster commit murder, and decides to initiate a dangerous blackmail scheme in an attempt to settle his debt. With deception and greed around every corner, what follows is a thrilling ride that puts both Randal’s and Pam’s life in mortal danger.
