The sculptor Israel Romero Peñaloza meets the Leonardo Favio Film Academy and decides to create an iron scrap sculpture of the well-remembered folk artist Leonardo Favio and then donate it to the film school community. The documentary shows the process of creation of the sculpture through the memories of the actors, collaborators and relatives of Favio, and the management of the film school to install the work on public roads, which is interrupted by bureaucratic obstacles .
