Set in the context of an industrial working-class neighborhood in the city of Bilbao, a young adolescent finds his passion in painting. Through his hobby he finds the way to escape from the hard reality of the last years of the Franco dictatorship, a hostile environment that seems pitted against beauty and art. A voyage of self discovery where he will understand the meaning of the family, first love, and the love of art.
