Thomas (57) is suffering from clinical burn-out. He is stuck at home struggling with depression and extreme anxiety. His elder sister Doris (58), a compulsive carer, looks after him. His younger sister Hannah (53) has long since walked away from the situation, caught up in her own narcissistic life. Things reach a crisis point when Thomas tries to kill himself and help is needed more than ever. The sisters' relationship explodes, but blood is always thicker than water.
