While examining his friend’s death, the psychologists have visions of a very strong evil spirit involved in the accident. Keum-joo, who has been suspicious of occult practices, realizes that her little daughter gets possessed and now she has no choice but to team up with Jin-myung who’s been hiding his sorcerous power and Ji-kwang. The team comes to find out that female shaman in the picture sent by Keum-joo’s husband is related to the massacre of the infamous Snake Cave in Jeju Island and that leads them to a tragic truth of the cave in the long past.
