Stock broker Ye-Joon and humble cook Jae-Moon are best friends. Jea-Moon is happily married to hair-dresser Ji-Sook and the couple can’t be happier after conceiving a baby. One day, Ye-Joon accidentally kills their baby while Ji-Sook is abroad. Back home, she finds Jae-Moon in prison but never learns the truth about the incident. Devastated and lost, she leaves for America and returns home two years later as a successful entrepreneur. Jae-Mon, too, opens up his own small restaurant after released from the prison. While Ye-Joon and Ji-Sook become lovers, Jae-Moon fails to reach Ji-Sook because of Ye-Joon. Ji-Sook invites both men to her hair salon to confront their painful past.
