Lucia, an Italian actress and Director in her seventies, decides to come back to the small town where she had spent her happy childhood days. She gets to Humberstone, a mining town located in the desert of Northern Chile, with the aim to fulfill her utopia: to establish a small Tv channel and bring the “magic box” where television has never been seen before, just like the main character in “Fitzcarraldo” by Werner Herzog, who wished to bring the Opera by Caruso to the Amazonian jungle.
