Synopsis

The first years of the 20th century was marked with many discoveries, inventions and theories that guided the Occidental society. Among the most meaningful inventions, the gramophone was fundamental for the development of the phonographic and musical industry around the world.
The Eletric House tells fascinating saga of Savério Leonetti – the Italian immigrant who established the first the first Latin-American gramophone factory, A Casa Electrica, in Porto Alegre in 1913. With it, the label Disco Gaucho was born, pioneer in the recording of gaucho, Brazilian and international music.
