Synopsis

“Since someone arrives, starts thinking of going out, running away, escaping by any possible mean”...
One year before the last Argentine military dictatorship (1976) was officially operational, a plan to fight socialist ideals had already been implemented in the province of Córdoba. Good Sherpherd was the women jail run by a nuns’ congregation, where the political prisoners that one day decided to escape were locked.
Recently, while walls were demolished and the old prison site was transformed into a place for recreation and into a shopping mall, these women tried to put together their stories of lives within the prison through their different trajectories in that 6-year period. They were young girls, 17 to 30 years old. The militancy and the ideals did not die down for being enclosed; on the contrary, the feeling of the injustice grew stronger. Thus the film becomes a tour to reconstruct the space, a social and political memory, uncovering a historical escape, the escape of the 26 women that jumped through a window towards freedom.
