El kaserón is a comedy where the city council decided to transform an abandoned house in a civic center. The problem is that the squatters who live in it during the past ten years have no intention of leaving their home.Alfredo (Fele Martínez), a rookie lawyer, is in charge to negociate with squatters the eviction or persuade them to manage the civic center. The thing gets complicated when Alfredo meets Eva (Inma Cuesta), a sculptor who has never sold anyone and she will be the daughter of Modesto (Ángel de Andrés) councilor of urbanism.
