Set in 1906, TRACKER is a tense action thriller about an ex-Boer War guerilla in New Zealand who is sent out to bring back a Maori accused of killing a British soldier. The trail left by the Maori is seen through the eyes of a master tracker but what should have been a simple task for the South African turns out to be a gripping cat-and-mouse game where each in his turn gets the upper hand. Gradually, they grow to know and respect one another but a posse, led by the British Commanding Officer, is close behing and his sole intention is to see the Maori hang. Crossing the beautiful mountans and calleys of the Souther Alps, TRACKER is a taut and compleeing story that explores the courage and strength required to be a good man.
