Alex, a young photographer in New York decides to return to Peru and see his mother who he hasn't visited in almost ten years. This emotional reconnection is also a way to accept the death of his father and to deal with all the wounds it left behind. After planning a trip to the south his car breaks down and he gets violently attacked by an unknown creature. He wakes up, chained to a wall, becoming part of the horrors of an underground human trafficking group. Time is running out. The police is getting closer. Will he survive?
