MARY (38), a natural beauty, admires the meandering woods and water around her coastal home in Maine. The property is isolated and set back from the road, surrounded by fir trees. But this serenity won’t last long. A terrible car accident occurs which leaves her husband dead and her son, STEPHEN, in coma and crippled for life. Mary helps Stephen through all means possible at the cost of not having a personal life anymore. But then, stress, fatigue and strange things happening in her house build up to a climax when a brutal ice storm is heading toward Mary’s location, isolating her for days to come, alone…
