Julian checks in in an old hotel in the dangerous red zone of the city. Once in his room, he is surprised by noises and screams of a woman. Without hesitation, Julian draws his gun and goes to the hall, where he runs into Cynthia, a girl completely naked who asks for help. A strange and violent man faces Julian. As they fight, he recognizes the person lying dead in the room. It is a famous and controversial congressional candidate. Before the police arrive, Julian is able to stop the murderer, and escape from the hotel with Cyntia. Both must escape justice that blames them for the murder of the politician, while trying to discover who is behind the crime.
