An unlucky guy looses his desire to live. He attempts to end it with the aid of pills, unaware that the woman next door is using a peephole to watch his every move. Samantha (the neighbour) calls emergency services to save him. Back from the hospital he confronts her for meddling with his fate. Perversely, she proposes to assist him whether he chooses to live or die.
