A young construction worker rams into the back of his boss’s car in a fit of anger at being sacked. Rather than going to court, he is given the chance to explain his actions in a face-to-face conference with his boss, his boss's wife, co-workers, his best friend and his mother which not only reveals his dysfunctional life but also his dysfunctional workplace.
