Two men rob a bank in tandem, one holding the manager's wife hostage, the other telling the manager she will be killed unless he transfers millions to an account of their choosing.

The plan is for Miles to go into the bank and tell the bank manager, Pete that his wife, Holly, is dead in five minutes. The only way he can save her is to transfer ten million to an account. Johnny holds onto Holly and lets her talk to Pete to prove they've got her captive. But when Pete plays hardball and calls their bluff, daring them to kill Holly, the two men have to adjust their plan.
