Synopsis
"elBulli, the history of a dream" is an "audiovisual catalogue" of elBulli and Ferran Adrià, it is the story –in pictures and words – of an experience, of a personal and collective story of the players in a process in search of creativity. A search breaking with routine and repetition as one's own language. The road to here has required a great deal of documentation, numerous re-enactments and defining a gastronomic and audiovisual universe in which the emotion of the ephemeral and the perception of pleasures flowingly blend with memory.
The audiovisual catalogue is, above all, a new concept, which set the course for dealing with creativity. This is a work aimed and entertaining, informing and, above all, is an element enabling viewers to study a creative person's work.
