Chile, 1985. It has been 12 years since Maruja (59) last saw her son Pancho (35). Both face the dictatorship from different sides: Maruja investigates cases of disappeared detainees in the Vicar of solidarity. Pancho is an exiled musician in Italy, he uses his concerts to fight against the dictator. Maruja receives the visit of Matías (38), a military man who defected to confess what he had done, while Pancho activates more direct actions against Pinochet: he tries to enter the country through the airport of Santiago before the eyes of the world and after being expelled organizes a concert in Mendoza, Argentina. Divided between research and the possibility of seeing her son, Maruja decides to travel to Argentina to live a reunion full of emotions and colors.
