A telephone helpline for human rights violation reporting is being set up in a small Bosnian town. The officials are prepping the speeches, while the waiters are arranging catering for the ceremony. Two waiters, Riki and Mire, want to help their boss who is going through a divorce, by beating his wife, thus convincing her not to leave him.
