To take revenge on the murder of his best friend, top agent Max Zander becomes "THE CLOWN". With the help of his friends, journalist Claudia and helicopter pilot Dobbs, the Clown fights against crime. But in their last mission together, Claudia was killed by the fault of a mysterious stranger. Max decided to take off his mask from that time on – forever! When Leah, Claudia‘s sister, is being kidnapped by gangster Zorbek Dobbs is seriously worried. He wants to help Leah, but he needs the support of Max for this undertaking. Finally after years the two friends meet again for the first time. Though many things may have changed over the years, it‘s not their mutual friendship! Teamed together again, they succeed to find Leah‘s hideout: an old dilapidated swimming bath. In a spectacular operation they manage to set Leah free. But her rescue was just the beginning...
