Darryl, a thirty-something telecom tradesman, struggles to confess to his best mate Roy that he killed his infected wife, while trapped in a Canberran telephone exchange during the on-set of a zombie apocalypse.

Darryl wants nothing more than to earn a place in the indoor cricket team, run by his telecom tradesman co-workers Roy and Joel. When a zombie apocalypse breaks out and Darryl must kill Roy’s infected wife, he knows his chances of ever making the team are diminished. Surrounded by zombies, Darryl, Joel, Roy and Roy’s teenage daughter Emma find refuge in a telephone exchange. To even further lessen his chances of making the cricket team, Darryl has sex with Emma, right before her apprentice boyfriend shows up.
