"Doc Rock" is the host of pirate radio "nighthawk". His favorite topic: the "nightslasher" a serial killer that haunts the region. Doc mocks the police: "How hard can it be to prevent the slasher from slaying his next victim?" A bad idea! Just a moment later there's a phone call in his home studio in the cellar of the house where Doc lives with his family... It's the Nightslasher and he forces Doc Rock into a deadly game: Speech is silver - silence is dead.
