The story is about 8 people's lives which depend on an illegal operation in an abandoned sanatorium. A woman who has lost her husband at war escapes from her country and becomes obliged to sell her kidney to provide for her child's future (IMMIGRANT); a man who no longer has anyone except his daughter (RICH); a Pimp who wants to earn more money (UGLY); a Health Care Team who are seeking to streamline their lives illegally (DOCTOR, NURSE and TECHNICIAN);a father who has found a kidney illegally for his only son to survive (FATHER); and a man who lived at the sanatorium for 25 years (HOMELESS).At the end of a tense operation, the immigrant's kidney is delivered to the customer. Everybody think everything is going smooth, however, the truth is different. The Rich has totally different plans for everyone.
