Kalyan Singh, a mule-headed peasant, is worried: his she-goat "Niagra" and now she's ready to be mounted. Singh hurries over with her to the farm of a friend who owns a billy goat. But the region is perturbed by the arrival of an important personality. Singh can't get through and even has his goat confiscated by police who give him back a billy goat instead. Kalyan Sing's problems are just beginning.
