Revolving around the affair between a young nurse of Indian descent and a foreign mechanic of a multinational mining company, this universal story is set within a little seen landscape, the torrential Amazonian rivers. They meet each other amidst a great upheaval: the locals have overtaken the company and the wounded mechanic is their hostage. She is the one that takes care of him. The charismatic man conquers her heart and the confidence of the invaders. He truly tries to help them to get away but the corporation has to give the example: they cannot escape alive from their own trap.
