SP For Rent is the story of Clarice, who was born in São Paulo and is searching for a place to live with a preference for houses that are in contact with the street, and where inhabitants can enjoy the local recreation squares. Antonio, a cartoonist also born in São Paulo has no choice but to sell the place where he spent his childhood to give way to real estate speculation. The question is: to what extent does urban space influence our interior space? And what would it be like to love someone in a city that is constantly effacing its memory? Clarice finds in Antonio's house what she has been seeking, as well as the possibility of an encounter that is different to the passing relationships she had been experiencing.
