Charlie is a young chinese boy living in Shanghai China .His father ,Sam Li has gone to America to open a restaurant in China town near Hollywood leaving Charlie in the care of his Aunt back in China. Sam sends for Charlie to join him in California.Just before Xmas Sam loses his restaurant in a devious plot by an evil banker.In order to save the restaurant Charlie must go on a quest ordered by Santa Claus to restore the spirit of Christmas in three people.Bart,Charlie's mysterious Uncle, joined by one of Santa's Elves Eric embark on this wonderful adventure.
