A few kilometers from Algiers, Achour runs a farm with his two brothers Mourad and Djelloul. In the heart of the 90s, Algeria is going through its black decade. Armed terrorists are attacking villagers and remote farms. Achour dies in an attack against security forces. A few weeks later, his family is decimated in an attack on the farm.
