Sammy Smalls is a 21-year-old tomboy who works as a store detective at a grocery store. In between chasing shoplifters, she develops a crush on a musician. Unfortunately, he thinks she's bad in bed. Sammy takes the criticism seriously and hatches a plan of self-improvement that leads to cross-dressing (sort of), kidnapping, and skinny-dipping with the elderly.
