Based on the book by Dutch writer Jan Terlouw, THE SECRET LETTER tells the story of 11-year old Eva who is fed up with all the tension at home. In order to teach her parents a lesson she decides therefore to hide in the attic of her best friend's house. But, after she finds a secret letter, she gets caught in the garden of neighbour Brandsema, the head of a criminal organisation, and is forced to radically change her plans.
