Synopsis

After the death of her parents, Eve Ritter finds work as an au pair with a bourgeois family in Paris. On impulse, she marries a millionaire, even though she is in love with a young architect. Not long afterwards, she gets a divorce
and marries another wealthy man. When the latter dies, Eva finds herself with a vast fortune which she decides to
manage herself...
