Julie, a young cardiac surgeon, is trying to save the life of Tony, a teenager waiting for a heart transplant. Finally, a compatible and available organ is attributed to him, Julie then leaves to take the graft. On the way back, Julie is kidnapped with the heart by a family of Russian mafia who also wants this heart no matter what, to save their Babushka (grandmother of the family). Beside Vincent, a young cop, tries to find the trace of Julie. A race against the clock begins. Will they succeed in recovering and preserving this heart, in order to save Tony’s life?
