After killing a yakuza named Hirosawa for brutally mistreating several of his closest friends, the only person Aberu Agatsuma (Rei Fujita) can turn to for help is Daiji Murakami (Ryusuke Komakine), who was like a big brother to him when they were in a juvenile detention center together. Daiji now leads a hooligan gang called “Sagami Union”, and Aberu becomes friends with gang member Junya Igarashi (Ryuji Sato) after they bond over their shared love of cars. Following a bungled marijuana deal, Junya is left with a huge debt to pay and has to turn to a loan shark. However, he struggles to cope with the merciless debt recovery methods used by Shiota (Kazuki Namioka), the head of the loan shark company. Meanwhile, Hirosawa’s younger brother Kyosuke is pursuing Aberu having sworn to take revenge for his brother’s murder...
