Oslo, early Autumn 2005. Hans Petter (HP) has been recruited into a police elite group who fights narcotics and organized crime by infiltration and undercover work. HP has dreamed about this job for a long time. He has turned his back on a delinquent past and has finally been accepted onto the Team. However, HP is impatient for results. While on an undercover assignment he meets a former schoolmate, Mette and her friend Marco. When HP discovers that Marco is part of a network of drug dealers, he decides to use Mette in order to get closer to Marco, without informing the rest of the Team. He violates police procedure in order to penetrate deeper into this criminal environment. HP establishes contact with Marco and wins Mette´s loyalty, Mette on the other hand discloses HP´s past and exposes his loneliness, while his team-mates slowly discover that HP is on an undercover solo mission. His loyalty is tested when Mette reveals that HP´s past is closely connected to his present mission.
