Jeremy, a bank clerk returns from work as usual. Back at home he can’t find his wife and daughter. The furniture; everything is destroyed – there are only bloodstains left. He realizes immediately his family has been kidnapped…
His neighbours noticed something suspicious and wrote down the identification number of a car. Jeremy soon finds out that this car belongs to someone working at a pharmaceutical company led by his hated brother.
Jeremy contacts an old friend (Andi), an ex-mercenary, to whom he explains his situation asking him the favour of rescuing his family. Andi agrees and gathers a handful of killers around him – out for blood.
The whole troupe marches into the hospital. After finding Jeremy’s wife and daughter both torn into pieces, seemingly abused for terrible experiments, the squadron start killing everybody in the hospital. A wild massacre unfolds, which each and every employee falls victim to. The killers have to flee eventually, but there are other things going on in the city nobody behind the hospital walls is aware of. It looks like the country is under martial law, and war has been declared. People shoot each other, police and military are everywhere…they stay in the building for one more night.
The next day they have to face a horrible truth: the human race is near extinction, but worse: the dead are coming back to life. The survivors fight their way through to another hospital in the next city, where they intended to pick up their money, but their task is not easy as hundreds of the undead are in their way, giving them a really hard time.
Having arrived at the new venue they find Jeremy’s brother (Axel) and all hell breaks lose. Finally they figure out, that there is almost no chance to get into the city to gather food. They have only one opportunity to survive: shooting fresh Zombies, cooking their flesh over 280 degrees and eating it. Who eats whom? All these years Axel was obsessed with finding a potion that allows someone to experience life after death. By implanting some kind of chips in the hearts of cancer patients to bring back their blood circulation after death he wanted to redefine life as it is. But it didn´t work out as planned, because once in the body, it spins out of control taking over the organism with an insatiable thirst to kill.
Jeremy and his gang decide to abandon Axel in the city. Another gang finds him right before he is eaten by the undead. The gang under the leadership of Axel returns to confront Jeremy and his troupe. A wild fight begins.
