A cleaning lady is fired from a major company in the music recording industry. Desperate, she commits suicide. Her son, Chris, a lab assistant, tries to resuscitate her but things go horribly wrong. With a serious injury to his right arm, he seeks refuge with Jim Lalien, a friendly dealer, where he takes drugs to ease the pain. In a moment of madness, he grafts a vacuum cleaner onto his forearm and turns into a justice seeking avenger : the Vacuum killer. He is now ready to start cleaning up society big time.
